WORKSHOP CONTENT: Our crown chakra is our connection to our higher potential and our spiritual source. This energy flow is a two-way street. Spirituality seeks to be implemented in a very pragmatic way. And when this energy channel opens through what is known as repolarization, our very personal connection to our higher being opens. We then naturally feel the desire to become “game changers”—namely, to contribute in a very personal way to making this world a better place.

But often this energy center is blocked by old wounds and belief patterns, only partially open, distorted, or so open that the downflow of higher information overwhelms us. We therefore work specifically on these energetic patterns to strengthen access across the rainbow bridge to the three rays of our soul—manifestation, love, and creative intelligence.

Working on the crown is therefore not abstract or merely meditative, but rather highly dynamic and creative through energy balancing and transformative methods. Through the practice of Energy Shift Meditation, which every participant can perform regardless of their religious background or spiritual tradition, the connection to the higher becomes an integral part of our lives.

In Essence Training/Energy Balancing we work physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, so that every part of your being is addressed. We will show you energy-based methods on how you can use the powerful energies of your crown  to find clarity and insight, peace and centeredness – in every moment and in every life situation. We thus hold the key in our own hands and make ourselves free and independent of the opinions or teachings of others. We become more courageous to take control of our lives, find our passion and calling, and change the world for the better.

WORKHOP SCHEDULE: Thursday, April, 16th, 2026: 6 pm to 8 pm, afterwards dinner. Friday & Saturday: 7 am to 8 pm. Sunday: 7 am to 5 pm. This is a retreat and full participation in the program is recommended.

WORKSHOP METHODS: Breathing, body- and voice work, energy system diagnostics, energy balancing, energy shift meditation, biographical work, mindfulness in action, role-playing, lectures, dynamic exercises and voice dialogue.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes for the seminar, sportier clothes for morning yoga or dynamic meditation, writing utensils, slippers or non-slip socks for the group room and if possible a blanket and seat cushions for working on the floor. If you can, bring also a yoga-mat, bolster, blocks and belts.
