DESCRIPTION:WORKSHOP CONTENT: Through the base chakra\, we and our soul are connected to this earth and to the Here and Now\, in this present life. All higher functions of our psyche—love\, creativity\, and spirituality—are built on this foundation. Therefore\, if the „tree of consciousness“ is to grow tall\, we need deep and strong roots. \nBut the base chakra also contains the immense power of our instincts. Millions of years of natural evolution have formed physical\, energetic\, emotional\, and mental patterns within us\, some of which limit our ability to develop our fullness today. \nOne of the earliest functions the psyche develops is the „protector-controller“. This mechanism is part of the defense system and exists to protect us and keep us safe from harm. Its primary emotion\, however\, is FEAR. Fear is an important part of our instincts and necessary to protect us. But when fear gets out of control\, it limits your life in many subtle and not-so-subtle ways. \nIt’s a negative cycle: Anxieties and worries can pull the grounding out from under us. Being ungrounded leads to excessive control. And control blocks the flow of our energy and vitality.
